New Patients


Once you have completed our "Two Minute Registration" DO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE.

We must first verify your insurance and call you back with the approval.

Thereafter, and for as long as you have the same insurance, you can schedule online.


  • FIVE REASONS THAT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BECOMING OUR PATIENT


  1. You have an HMO and you have not yet selected Dr. Coker as your Primary Doctor
  2. Your voicemail is full or inactive
  3. Cancelling or rescheduling  one day before your initial visit  - No Exceptions
  4. Not showing up to your first appointment or being more than 10 minutes late
  5. Having been terminated in the past 


In Short: If you make an appointment keep it, and above all be on time.

Existing Patients


  • Two Day Cancellation and Reschedule Policy 
  • All late appointments are cancelled after 10 minutes - No Exceptions 


  • Termination From Practice


  • Three Cancellations/Reschedules - Same day or one day before your visit
  • Full or disconnected voicemail - After three attempts
  • Non-Compliance to follow-up care due to abnormal test results - After 30 days
  • Being confrontational and/or hanging up the phone
